The role is responsible for providing a strong relationship partner and advisor to employees and line managers on all HR-related matters. You will be contributing to AWWA’s Mission and Strategic Thrusts by providing tactical and strategic support on people and organisation development strategies in support of the organisation’s objectives. You will be performing HR related duties at the professional level while supporting more than one programme/ service.
Job Responsibilities
Degree in HRM or equivalent 2-3 years of relevant HR experience Candidates with prior experience working in the social service industry preferred Good management skills Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills Experience in Project Management and implementation Proficient in MS office applications Ability to take initiative and work independently and collaboratively within a team Excellent interpersonal skills, meticulous and high attention to details and maintains confidentiality in all situations
