Job description

Primary Objectives of Position

  1. To be responsible for ensuring the smooth administrative functioning of RDCC / Home Care Services and ensure accuracy and timeliness in all the administrative processes.

  2. To be responsible for ensuring enhanced Customer Service at RDCC and to strive for Service Excellence.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Assist in coordination with team members for new referrals, admissions and discharges of clients.
  2. Maintain and update daily records / case files of clients for administrative and intervention purposes.
  3. Provide administrative support such as filing of documents, preparing communication letters to clients/caregivers, prepare meeting minutes, memos, reports etc.
  4. Provide assistance in the preparation of materials for service/program related presentation.
  5. Assist with service/program’s procurement and maintain appropriate records.
  6. Verify the monthly attendance submitted by Therapists and prepare monthly billing spreadsheet for Finance to generate clients’ monthly invoice.
  7. Perform data entry and maintain records as required by the funding agencies and partner organizations.
  8. Assist with processing claims from funding agencies and partner organizations and maintain accurate records.
  9. Perform reception function duties regarding general enquiries from clients, caregivers and stakeholders.
  10. Maintain and update inventory list.
  11. Assist with scheduling therapy sessions and transportation for clients, as and when required.
  12. Uphold clients’ confidentiality is maintain and to adhere to PDPA policy when documenting or sending our clients details/information to stakeholders
  13. Understanding of 3P (purpose, practice and people) and connect it to his/her work.

Other Responsibilities

  1. To perform any other duties as directed by the Manger, Deputy Director, Director, CEO and the AWWA Management.
  2. To provide support to AWWA operations when required.
