Deputy Director (Programme Evaluation & Advocacy) Lorong Napiri
The Deputy Director reports to Chief Executive Officer and will lead the development of resources for advocacy and establish relevant AWWA programmes as centres of excellence. The Deputy Director will also work towards evaluating impact of programmes in AWWA. The Deputy Director will drive impact and advocacy efforts across disability, Senior care and family services.

• Provide strategic financial leadership in AWWA • Be a business partner to the Services/Programmes in AWWA • Oversee the full spectrum of finance, including financial accounting, management and statutory reporting, supporting internal and external audits, business planning & analysis, treasury, budgeting and internal controls review. • Support the AWWA Board and Senior Management in formulating policies and directions in strategic decision making and operations • Manage a team of managers/accounts executives in supporting the Finance and Accounting functions in AWWA

Managing a team of teaching staffs (early interventionists), the Head Teacher is responsible for providing quality early intervention through education and learning in the Early Intervention Centre, thereby promoting and maintaining standards of excellence in the delivery of services.
