Job Responsibilities

 Principle Responsibilities

  • Build a strong business relationship with programme/ services
  • Facilitate the management team to bring best solutions for employees
  • Manages process of candidate recruitment & selection; pre-screening, interviewing, job offer; background check; candidate on-boarding
  • Manages the performance appraisal processes, including coaching reporting officers on effective feedback mechanisms and champion a high performing organisation
  • Provide advice to employees and manage the activities pertaining to employee welfare, grievances, conduct and discipline
  • Act as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers in the programme/ service
  • Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes to the programme/ service
  • Partners with HR Operations & L&D functions as needed to provide solutions for programme/ service
  • Initiate improvements to internal HR processes, systems and communications towards enhancing service expectations

Job Specifications

Minimum Education / Qualifications

  • Degree in HRM or equivalent

Minimum Years of Relevant Experience

  • 2-3 years of relevant HR experience
  • Candidates with prior experience working in the social service industry preferred

Knowledge/Skills

  • Good management skills
  • Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills
  • Experience in Project Management and implementation
  • Proficient in MS office applications

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, meticulous and high attention to details and maintains confidentiality in all situations
